Overall, our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy for us to explore both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. While the breakfast was a standout, the service we experienced could have been more engaging. We had some issues with our room, but the pool area was a hit with the family. Overall, it offers decent value for the price; just be prepared for some noise and minimal attention from staff.

My stay at Music Road Hotel was delightful, with welcoming staff and spacious rooms that felt like a home away from home. The breakfast options were plentiful, although some items could have been warmer. The pool area was lovely, but I noticed it could use more attention in terms of cleanliness. Overall, it's a great spot for families, with plenty of amenities, but a bit of a clean-up would go a long way.
